- Describe what was repaired and how it went
- Mention timing, communication and price
- Stay factual — what happened, not guesses about motives
- Update your review if the business fixes a problem
Not allowed
- Reviews of businesses you own, work for or compete with
- Reviews written in exchange for discounts, gifts or payment
- Personal information such as phone numbers or home addresses
- Hate speech, threats or harassment
- Reviews of experiences more than 12 months old
