Two labels help you understand who stands behind a listing.

| Unclaimed | The business has not taken ownership of its profile yet. You can still read and write reviews. | — |
| Claimed | The owner verified that they run the business and can reply to reviews and receive quote requests. | Email on the business domain, or Google Business Profile check |
| Verified ✔ | An active paid account with confirmed ownership. Verified businesses are featured above free listings. | Claimed + Pro or Multi-Branch plan |
Badges never affect a business’s rating. Reviews are always shown in full, whether a business pays or not.
