Fake Review Investigation
Any visitor or business can report a review. Reported reviews are investigated by our team. Reviews that are fake, incentivised, written by the business itself, abusive, or not based on a genuine experience are removed. Businesses can never pay to remove a review.
How claiming works
- Verify with an email address on the same domain as the business website (for example you@yourcompany.com for yourcompany.com).
- Or add your Repairior profile URL as the website on your Google Business Profile and ask us to review it.
Verified badge
The verified badge is shown on businesses with an active paid plan whose ownership has been confirmed.
